"How to improve your Sperm Count"

No, worried Bachelors, frequent masturbation does not result in sterility. There is a continuous production of sperms in your testicles. Stop smoking cigarettes and marijuana since they have been proven to decrease sperm count and motility. Likewise, cocaine and other prohibited chemical substances, and chronic alcohol abuse can also cause harm to the reproductive system.

Don't take anabolic steroids (the drugs used by some athletes to enhance performance and beef up muscles) because they can result in the shrinkage of the testicles and infertility.

Don't overdo your exercise since the heat that builds up around the testicles during intense excercise may lessen the sperm count. Similarly, don't wear tight pants and underwear, avoid very hot tubs and saunas and anything that raises the temperature of the scrotom.

Avoid exposure to environmental hazards such as radiation, pesticides, lead, mercury and other toxic substances that can harm the testicles (and the whole body).

Protect your most precious reproductive organs from trauma of injury ( and avoid women who can cut off your manhood).

Be careful with drugs like the antibiotics nitrofurans and macrolides, the antidiarrheal sulfasalazine, the antifungal ketonazole, and the anti-ulcerative colitis azulfidine since they can temporarily lessen the sperm count and motility, specially if taken in large amounts and without your doctor's advice.

Be clean and cautious in your sexual practices for there are many sexually transmitted diseases that can produce damage to the testicles and spermatic ducts.

Eat nutritious foods rich in vitamins and minerals. Be good health, and chances are, your sperms will be lively, lusty and plenty.
